I purchased 4 items on line through their website, to be fair the delivery was to the ROI, i had paid for the delivery but nothing arrived. When i called the company ( 3 times ) to enquire how the order was getting on i got the same answer that they will contact the courier and come back to me . They never did. I then received a mail to say that the items were being returned to Rydale and that id have a refund to my account. I called the company to enquire what went wrong and like before the same answer, we will contact the courier to see what happened, Still waiting on an update.
