Quality service control need to address issues. In my opinion, the boots had probably already been returned to Rydale by a previous customer. The condition was dreadful, marks in the leather, tassel broken and loose in the box, the protective wrapping paper was ripped where they had obviously not been re-packaged carefully. And lastly, the box had very strange stains on the inside! When questioned, customer services stated that all boxes were checked before despatch although quickly agreed upon receipt of photos I sent. Took delivery late pm on the 15th Oct, returned via royal mail on the 16th Oct, receipt acknowledged by Rydale on the 22nd Oct.....Still awaiting refund.
