The Rydale shirt that I ordered is great, and I am very happy with it. EVRI (formerly Hermes) the courier company are absolutely useless as they were before the rebranded because their ratings were so bad. EVRI delivered to the wrong house, despite having explicit instructions, and had delivered to my house the previous week, albeit a day late . I did managed to eventually track down the most recent delivery, and rescue my parcel, no thanks to EVRI. My advice is to use DPD and dump EVRI, as customers will stop ordering from Rydale as the EVRI delivery service is so abysmal.
