Awful experience. I ordered 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive anything. No answer from customer services on the phone and online responses are from AI, I received a tracking notification only when emailing customer services, which showed that the order wasn’t handed to the courier until a week after the order was placed. A further week on the tracking says that the order is en route back to the sender despite never making it past the sorting office. The item was a gift and is yet to be seen. Awful awful awful.
