Whilst I accept that Covid 19 has created an increased demand for internet ordering, waiting for an order for two weeks and still counting without any means of communication to ascertain why the items have sat with there couriers Hermes
Both Rydale and Hermes websites do not allow communication, merely creating circular actions with no possible resolution
Having been a loyal customer for over two decades purchasing from shows and shops, find this experience very disappointing, despite two emails and a facebook message and attempted phone calls to both company's, within this last week i have still not received any communication, will this be the key to opening a communication dialog to get my delivery moving
