Really fast postage and good price but the size 5 pair of boots I ordered were to big. I emailed to ask if I sent these back could I receive the next size down and had no reply.
I sent the boots back with a note asking for size 4 instead of refund but this was ignored. I never really got the option on returns section. I have had a refund but would it not have been more beneficial for both of us to have just sent me the size 4s I'd asked for rather than refund?
Refund was quick and that's great...
