As a first-time customer, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping with Ryderwear.
Product Misrepresentation: The items I received looked nothing like the enhanced images on your website. The colours were completely off, and the visual presentation was misleading.
Sizing Issues: Despite following your size guide, the items did not fit. Some were unwearable, and those that did fit were poorly cut and unflattering. Ill-fitting clothing should qualify for a refund, especially when sizing guidance has been followed.
Unethical Returns Policy: Charging for returns while only offering store credit is unacceptable—particularly when customers are misled by product imagery and sizing. This approach feels exploitative.
Customer Service: I reached out for support and received no meaningful assistance. Once the purchase is made, it seems there’s little interest in resolving issues.
Shipping Costs: Offering free shipping only after spending $120, while still requiring customers to pay for returns, is unreasonable. Other brands offer better quality, free returns, and actual refunds—often at a lower price point.
At $94 for a pair of leggings, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no intention of purchasing from Ryderwear again.
