I had four items to go into a sale Ryedale auctioneers had these for over six months they never put them into any sale, after multiple contacts they sold one item as they put this item in two sales they charged two lotting fees on top of the commission. As they did not put any of the other items into a sale, I went to collect these back, they told me they could not find them. I have seen other people have similar experiences with them loosing items put in for sale or paying for items that are not sent. Without doubt the most unprofessional and incompetent Auction company I have ever dealt with, I would advise anyone not to use them.
