Factually incorrect information, misleading comments, inappropriate handling of client data which is a breach of GDPR, false assurances and unprofessional conduct.
Zero customer focus or respect. They failed to obtain all the house keys or get the house cleared of belongings.
No effort made to assist, emails ignored and refusal to contact the vendors. RyeView Homes have let me down.
I will be escalating this matter through every available avenue.
