The product came out looking great, and exactly like the preview. Wood and print are of excellent quality (small splinters on one of the screw holes in the back but minor), however if you look very closely at the circle around the map, there is very slight pixelation visible (but barely). I was disappointed by a few things though. The website advertises planets and the ecliptic plane explicitly as part of the map, and images on the website include both these and a compass around the border of the map, but these were not included in the final product. To be fair, they were not featured in the preview either, but it would be nice if the advertised features were all included. I asked about them in the special requests/notes section of the order, but no response was given (however the personal message lines were formatted as requested in these notes - but perhaps this is just because that was also they way I had it set up in the order preview). Overall though I am happy with the product and how it came out.
