Customer service off shore cannot provide any meaningful answers. The need two day to investigate and provide answers that they are not useful.
To receive an order some times the need 10 to 11 days to deliver some time with no status in between.
The substance of Customer Service is minimum to none but they try to promise anything possible in between.
