Avoid Salon Direct!!! I received used items with traces of hair! No shame!
I ordered 2 pairs of scissors and I found disgusting traces of hair when wiping the items upon receipt. I tried to contact Salon Direct by phone but they don’t pick up, constantly ’busy on another call’ and it goes to message bank. No return call received. I sent an email to Salon Direct requesting they advise of instructions on how to return products and provide a refund. The items were obviously used and would have potentially put my children at risk of infection.
I received an email from ‘Brian’ at Salon Direct staying ‘We don’t sell second hand items, this is the first time we have received a complaint’ end of email. Fascinating! The review prior also states receiving used items?!
I’m perplexed?! Where did the hair in the photos taken provided come from?! I’m disgusted and appalled!
What are you doing about my complaint and request?!
