Excellent communication regarding my order. I had to return the original item to exchange a different size.
Salon direct was speedy to inform me that my new requested size was not in stock. I have now requested a refund so hopefully, this shall be dealt with in the same efficient manner or my 5 star rating may have to be lowered !!
