There was a problem with the supply chain in the ordering and subsequent delivery of the hot water service. The person in charge at Hot Water Service was excellent. He found the source of the supply chain malfunction and had it fixed. He had to speak the intermediate supplier more than once. He did not give up. Well done and excellent service.
