A month ago, I would have given a 5. I've always been happy with Samsung TV's I've had (and have several). I notified The Big Screen Store on December 21st that the picture
of my largest TV. which is still under warranty, was going out. It is almost 3 weeks later and Samsung has not yet authorized replacement of the TV. Not a great warranty service!
