No one At Samsung knows where to route you for presales questions.
I was routed 7 different times incorrectly back and forth between tech and sales and none of them able to tell me about extended warranties. I was given 5 different numbers to call and none of them worked. Every rep I spoke to was incompetent or did not know exactly where to route me. They kept routing me back to the same exact tech department where they had no idea about anything either.
If you can't even get a simple question answered, why should anyone bother buying a monitor or anything else from Samsung.
