Recently purchased a Samsung watch. The watch did not come with a complete charger "as advertised". It comes with a charging dock, this in turn does not come with a wall adapter. I contacted the company. Although there rep was nice she was not able to help, I suspect was due to company policy, which only turned into a huge waste of time. It seemed like an easy problem for a multi billion dollar company to resolve. If they cannot resolve a small problem like this what good is their customer service. This is a terrible company. I recommend to never purchase anything made or distributed by them. There are many other companies out there, that are reputable.
