I bought a TV and sound bar back in the end of August 2020. The TV stopped working in early/mid January of 2021. Repairmen came out 3 times and couldn't fix the issue. On their second attempt I asked that they makes sure they have the part before coming over, as I am working from home and had meetings interrupted. They came and didn't have the part. They came again and it still wouldn't work. That weekend was Super Bowl.....so I missed that. Since then I've had numerous calls with them. Finally, I thought a refund was the best option. While I waited for work on the refund I received several more calls about repairing the TV......I let them know each time that last I heard I would receive a refund, and they would then check their records and see that. I don't know why no one was ever on the same page there. Eventually I was told they would refund the TV and soundbar since I have no use for the soundbar without the TV. I received a link this morning for the return......and only the TV was eligible and not the soundbar. I then spent the next 45 mins on hold and talking to 2 managers. They won't refund the soundbar. I'm extremely frustrated.with their customer service. Stay far far away people!
