Bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 Tablet. The audio stopped working in about a month. Sent the devise back to Samsung under warranty for 3 times, they never fixed it and sent back to me. Called them at least 10 times, never solved the issue. One time they let me hold for an hour for the case manager and the manager told me her system can't go through and hang me up. Another time in the middle of the call they hung me up and said will call me back but never did. Another time they gave me a protection plan phone number and want me to file a claim and pay a deductible. Worse customer service experience ever.
Still trying, but almost give up. Write this review and never buy Samsung again.
