I will say that I have many Samsung products, (appliances, phones, tablets, etc) and most if them are working. I did have an issue with my ice maker, however they did replace it. Class action lawsuit was filed over those.
The issue now is my husband got the Note 20 ultra last August. However, in the mean time I was trying to use the promotion of the $150 credit they offered if you pre-ordered a Note 20. They had the wrong email on file the whole time. Kept calling and calling all ladt year, even till now. Thing is my husband just got an email stating that they can't honor the credit no longer. Which in turn they had the wrong email. Bad customer service with not honoring it. Not a happy customer 😒
