Multiple service calls and parts replaced and still drops heat by more than 100 degrees. You have to manually adjust temp to get it to heat back up. Absolute junk! Samsung 4 door fridge. Ice maker freezes up constantly and requires hours of defrosting and hours of headaches. Samsung is in the middle of a lawsuit about this very known issue and are no help on the phone. Absolute junk! I will never support Samsung again because of the junk appliances they put their name on. Save yourself a lot of stress and try a different brand. Do your research if you don’t believe me.
