In December of 2020 I contacted Samsung directly to make sure I but the correct television. I wanted a TV that was compatible with MLB. The Samsung Customer Service person recommended a television and assured me that it was compatible with the MLB channel.
Turns out he was wrong! I called Samsung to return the TV and buy another one and was told it's too late, it's past the return period. I could not test the tv app because the baseball season did not start until April of 2021. So even tho the sales person gave me the wrong information I'm stuck with this TV. ( I kept a copy of the conversation) Samsung does not value their customers, so I would not buy any of their products, because they lie and don't really care. There are a ton of stories just like mine on the internet.
