I bought a Samsung s21 in January of 2021 and have had issues with it restarting on its own. Called and was told to go to the nearest repair center or call the insurance company that I use thru sprint. I did both. Insurance technician couldn't fix the issue, neither could the repair center over an hour away. Samsung customer care says that now I have to send it to them for up to 10 business days and no loaner offered. My t-mobile rep called as well and she was told the same thing. She asked to speak with a supervisor and not only did he not have a solution, he was very rude. After she stated how unfair my experience has been with as long as I have been a samsung customer, he said that there are more things in the world that are unfair. If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm ready to get an iPhone.
