I would say choose other online platforms rather than samsung.com in future. After watching/reading about the good reviews of samsung 32 inch TV, I ordered it from Samsung's website, because they were giving me an additional INR around 1000/- off compared to others such as amazon, flipkart. The TV reached me and inside the box TABLE TOP STAND was missing. I called up the customer care team and this is what happened.... Day 1 They told me service engineer would visit my place and place the stand. Day 2 Nothing happened, so I emailed them, whatsapped and even called them. They do not have any coordination in between, I received a different answer from each of them. Day 3, I receive a sms with service engineers no . Call him up but he says that TABLE TOP STAND is included within the box, only the wall mount is available with them. So again I email whatsapp and call the support team, one of them made a suggestion that a service engineer will make a CSR report on missing parts by visiting my place next day, I called the service engineer to tell him this and by the tone of his voice I could make out that this guy is not coming. Day 4 no visit til date, I contact the support team and they tell me that my mobile was unreachable so there was no visit. LOL that can't be, even if that were true, I would have got a missed call sms later when my phone was in the network zone. They made a false accusation. So I give them my alternate numbers. Still no one called. So again I call and email the support staff to get the TV returned and this time they provide my the service center owners/big mans number. I call him up and finally this guy tells me that nowadays Table Top Stand upto 32 inch TV is not supplied inside the box and we need to purchase it from them ie the service center guys, we can't do it directly. This is how they cheat the customers. It would have been better if Samsung would have charged us for the stand and put that good damn thing inside the box in the first place itself. The service center boss told me that this stand is our of stock and would take another weeks time for it to reach them. He also asked for an advance if I wanted the stand. Finally, I gave up, and asked them to put whatever stand is available with them and just close the case. Day 5 service engineer calls me up, no network issue this time, LOL, and finally not to my liking the TV is stuck on my wall. I will never use samsung.com in future. I won't say samsung products are bad, because prior to this TV I had a 43 inch Samsung UHD TV which was stolen, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung's fridge and the phone on which I am typing this message on is also a Samsung phone. However I feel cheated this time, that too for a tiny thing such as a stand, and the other thing that I was dissatisfied with was no one knew the answer, no support staff knew the answer.
