Over 6 months ago our tenant reported the air conditioner stopped working. As it was still under warranty, we went through the warranty process. Now 6 months on and the 4 repairs the air conditioner is still not working. The recent repair agent recommended replacement as the same part has been replaced 4 times in 6 months. Samsung has declined their recommendation and wants one of their team to attend with the repair agent again. Our poor tenant is 6 months deep without an air conditioner. Your warranty service is a joke! We feel that you are just biding your time until the warranty is up on the air conditioner.
