I bought s21+ online from Samsung website and after month half the phone start giving me an issue, so I spoke with someone from the customer service from Samsung and they send me to repair shop which was more then hour away from where I live. The repair shop took 3 hours and by the end they told the phone could not be fixed because have motherboard factory issue. The shop told me to just send back and get your money back or new phone. I spoke with Samsung customer service, and they said they will need back but to fix it, and not to give me money back or new one. After I send the phone, I did my online research and the came up with information that phone will not be good after they fix it. overall, I spoke with customer service of Samsung and they were very bad and unprofessional, and they keep put me on waiting and someone else join and ask how can I help you and that happened over and over..... I asked to speak to manger for 100 times but still nothing. I would not even give them half star for the review. No refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
