They have the worst customer service in the world, at least in UK. Ordered my Galaxy S21 Ultra on 13th of June 2021, it’s a £1199 phone and still they charged me £3.99 for the delivery on a specific date and time. Guess what, they failed to deliver the phone on time and after calling them so many times, non of their customer service agents could give me any updates when I will get the phone, and their phone line is really really poor, you can’t hear them properly most of the time and suddenly they cut off the phone, it was really frustrating as I had to call over and over again and had to explain the same thing. Anyway, after lots of arguments one of the agents said she will send me an email with updates soon, but didn’t receive anything. However, suddenly in the middle of the night got an email from DPD that they will deliver my order in the morning, by this time it was already 24h delayed, remember they charged me for delivery on my specific date n time. Now let’s talk about the experiences after getting the phone. Obviously it’s a £1200 phone (£1199 to be exact) and you expect the best performance. Again guess what, the battery life is worse than my 3 years old phone. All the so called Pro-YouTubers and reviews saying you will get more than a day of battery life. But in reality I’m not getting anywhere near to that, it’s roughly 4h Screen on Time n I’m not a heavy user by any means. So after getting this poor battery performance I called Samsung again and again the same issue with the phone line, really really bad. Finally got to talk with someone after 3/4 attempts. He said I have to wait 2/3 days more to let the phone learn about my daily using patterns and then the phone will optimise the battery. If not then he said they will replace the phone. When I asked how the replacement process will work, he said “We will send you the replacement phone 1st with return label and you have to send the old phone back on that same box” So after 3 days when I noticed the battery didn’t improve that much despite me being so close fisted with the phone uses. So I called again to the customer service and again same poor line connection. This time the agent said they will replace the phone but I have to send the old phone back 1st and after 7 to 10 days of receiving the old phone they will send me the replacement phone. Is this a joke!!!!!! I'm now really disappointed with this phone and the service I've been given so far. This is one of the worst decision I had taken that buying a phone from Samsung. If you buy it from online you can't take the phone to Samsung stores or shops to replace as non of the stores or shops are their official site (as I was told by customer service agents) So I'm pretty much stuck with this phone and have to send it to them by post and wait. I have decided to return the phone and get my money back. It's way better to buy from Apple, at least you get better customer service and they have their official stores everywhere, and doesn't, matter wherever I buy iPhone I can take it to the store and get my issues sorted, at least that's what I learned from my previous experiences with Apple.
