What an awful customer service program. I upgraded to a new phone in December 2020 and was told by the sales person on the phone at Samsung that my new phone would be transferred to my new device (Galaxy S20). 7 months later, I find out that isn't true and all they are going to do is refund me the 7 months of insurance on a device I didn't even own! I love my Galaxy but Samsung needs to step it up with making sure existing customers are satisfied. They also need to make their Sales people understand how their services and plans work.
