My 65 inch television went out after approximately one year. I had an extended seven year warranty and called the company for repair. They said they would send a tech but no one showed up so I called again and then they said they would refund the television. I provided all of the documentation, receipts etc to them and they said a trucking company would pick up the TV and then the refund would be issues. Now a month later and numerous phone calls to Samsung and no one has picked up the television and I have no refund. A manager could not provide an update and said that they are not able to share their internal policies so they cannot tell me the current status of the situation. Never buy a Samsung again. The warranty is useless!
