The worst service I have ever received from a company in North America. Even my local grocery shop provides better customer service than Samsung Canada. I purchased a galaxy buds+ in 2021 from best buy, BC Canada and it stopped working after couple of months, had to contact the service center to have them to provide me with a repair service, after 1 hour speaking with the agent, he told me he could not find the serial number of the buds in their system because the product is made in Vietnam and I have to contact Samsung Vietnam, what??????? are you kidding me???? All my family is using Samsung products but we are gonna stop and switch to other products from now on.
