Worst company with low quality products and service executives.
The service executives are keen on taking your money away with out rectifying the actual issue. We bought a refrigerator and always its out of order, for repairing purposes we contacted the service executives, when they examine the fridge for the first time, they told that the issue is with heater and you should change that, we did that, even after that its not working properly(no cooling) and again they come and examined and told a different issue, like that everytime they come up with new issues and they don't have courtesy to do a follow up with the customer. Moreover the service executives behavior is rude, they are not willing to hear what the customer is saying, they didn't respond to calls, even after raising the issue with service head of India, the executives contacted and while my father is talking they hung up the call. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Never ever go for Samsung products, its doesn't even deserve 1 star.
