Sorry to say that Samsung warranty support are appalling. If I could give negative reviews I would. Three weeks and counting and despite a report from their recommended service engineer to the effect it isn’t repairable all we are hearing is crickets. And their case managers are fiewalled behind email as the only contact method. After a while the off script insincere apologies on behalf of Samsung, given by their warranty hotline staff, begin to wear quite thin. Having once been a fan of Samsung white goods I am sorry to say it will be a long time if ever before I buy another. Their warranty support is the worst I have ever experienced.
