I purchased one Note 9 from Samsung Galaxy outlet Elante Mall Chandigarh. I traveled to USA after buying it and got no or poor display under warranty. I was denied service in USA . After coming back to India I talked to your service centers in Chandigarh and Zirakpur who also refused saying that the warranty period is over. They demanded very high price for replacing the display. Do your mobile phones have such short life for the display unit. It is a matter of concern and shame that the quality of your phones is so poor. How do you expect a senior citizen to spend Rs70000/- on a mobile phone and pay Rs.13000/- to replace the display unit in one year as I couldn't come back to India under warranty period.
