I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago and the freezer does not work anymore. I was told by appliance repair company it is leaking freon and would cost almost the price of a new fridge to repair. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with Samsung and when I asked if there was anything they could do for me, they took all of my information (which took another half an hour), then gave me the number of another repair company. I asked if this would be covered by any warranty and I was told "no warranty after 1 year". So basically almost 2 hours for them to give me a repair service I could have looked up in 2 seconds. Complete junk, terrible customer service, they do not stand behind their product and will NEVER buy anything Samsung again. Would give no stars if possible.
