I had the Galaxy Samsung S10+, two days ago the phone breaks from falling from a height of about 6 inches. Complete garbage phone. Not durable at all. Then I spent about 6-7 hours yesterday trying to talk to Samsung reps, to be hung up on twice. All I wanted was answer on how to get my notes with important info on old phone to new phone. Nobody was of any help except for telling me to pay money to get it fixed. On top of that I found out the punk who set up my service in January of 2020 signed me up for lease program which I found out is a scam. I would’ve fully paid off phone months ago, but lease program traps you. Ended up paying extra months on a fully paid off phone. I will never use a Sprint or Samsung product in my life.
