Please do yourself a favour unless you are a through away person and replace an item, I have 8 children so for me its hard to buy a item new every year so i buy and repair when something goes wrong , i have many items from Samsung phones tvs laptops washing machines, dryer, and every time something goes wrong and there is no warranty , they want to know when who what , all i asked was can i get a quote but they want to know every thing about me, hey samsung I am supporting you but you dont support me when your product breaks down.
