I bought a new cell phone S20 FE , end of February and came totally full of problems, take to repair it where samsumg sent me, then it worked for 20 days and the same problems came back. Over heating, rebooting Apps,and signal problems!impossible to use, call samsumg and almost a month ago, they only tell me that they are going to evaluate, and that they are going to communicate, and I without cell phone and without being able to work properly, an absolute indifference, they do not care about the client.
buy it in an official place samsumg, it is an embarrassment as they treat you, call so many times and never ever pass me with a supervisor, they always repeat the same meaningless phrases, I want the money or that they act responsibly and give me a cell phone that works!!
