The Samyama Fitness experience is still very much in my heart.
A beautiful villa, great yoga courses and fantastic nourishing food.
Granada is a fabulous place for such a retreat and there is so much to do whilst there, a stunning destination.
The hosts made it a very personal experience and I was lucky enough to have a fantastic group too.
I would highly recommend Samyama Fitness, I loved it there and will no doubt go to another Samyama Fitness retreat soon.
