From initial contact by email to final hugs and farewells at the beautiful Carmen de Santa Ana, everything about this retreat (holiday) was perfect and far exceeded my expectations. If you want a week of tranquillity, security and renewal plus the opportunity to make new friends, eat healthily and return to reality refreshed and restored, then you could not find a more stunning location and a nicer team of people to be with. I could wax lyrical about everything and everyone but the whole experience is something you need to discover and embrace. You will return from this sanctuary with nothing but good feelings.
