THE MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED
NO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN therefore THEIR ‘standard reply’ and any Customer Service contact promising a refund IS DISHONEST
I HAVE NOW BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MY BANK WHO ARE DISPUTING THE CHARGE (as they can clearly see payment, no dispatch and no refund)
SANDBAG - please have the decency not to reply with another dis honest comment

Odd how you have the time to reply to a trustpilot review yet cannot reply to either of my last two emails

HORRENDOUS!!!!
Horrendous. Paid £60,99 in July. £10.99 was for premium delivery.
Book was released Aug 22 and book was due to be delivered on that day (hence £10,99 premium postage service)
EXCUSES…EXCUSES….EXCUSES and finally, last week, refund agreed but this was not processed as promised so 2 months later I have no product, no refund and a lot of hassle.
I wish I had checked out Sandbag before purchasing as they have an average 1.1 (out of 5) star reviews with all reviews I read having same issue ….paid and unfulfilled order.
If this company does not want to be known to scam people then I suggest it does what is supposed to do as currently appears extremely like a scammer
It is not rocket science to do what you purport to do
(customer pays ~ customer gets what it paid for ) and I suggest that Sandbag also invests in customer service as currently it provide zero service in both.
