Placed an order, largely for a shoe valet kit.
Also added an order of socks to obtain free delivery.
Sent the socks, cancelled the delivery of the shoe valet set without any explanation (despite it showing online, and still showing as available online).
Voucher I used to part pay was split across both item, I didn’t even get the socks with the voucher, despite them cancelling my order.
I will never use them again, and don’t advise anyone else too.
