I love the Stroud store BUT.... recently ordered 3 items online and only 1 was in stock...imagine this is a digital housekeeping issue. So paid for 3 and got 1. I shop exclusively at Sandersons for my Barbour International products and have spent several hundred pounds. The mnager their, Ben? has always been excellent. Pleased with the refurbishment, makes the store a lot more navigable. Sometimes Online offers are not matched in store which was/ is weird. I am a very happy advocate of Sandersons, think the digital side needs to be a bit more customer centric.
