This was quite a surreal experience. I tried to buy a set of 4 wine glasses or a very particular type. The transcation completed online and the funds debited. I then recieved a notice that they were not in stock and I would recieve a refund. All pretty annoying really What was further annoying was I then recived a note from the courier company saying my deliver was on its way. I recieved a package that contained not 4 but two wine glasses. I called to ask them why tthey had sent 2 glasses when I ordered 4. My enquiry was met met with incredulity by the Sanderson's employee I spoke to, who simply could not understand that if I wanted 4, I would not be happy with two. She was incredibly aggressive and rude throughout our exchange. After this I simply could not be bothered dealing with these people anymore so I just kept them and ordered another 4 from a different supplier, the exact same thing for a much cheaper price. I only scored them one as there was not an option for zero. I simply would not shop there again, particularly online, and I would advise others to do the same.
