Unfortunately won’t shop here again. Bought a shirt for holiday which did not fit and these things happen and ordinarily would just return. However, was flying out that day and could not return until I got back from holiday and missed the 14 day return policy by one day. Despite advising them they refused a refund or exchange and had to get the shirt sent back to me and am now stuck with it. I appreciate policies but under certain circumstances can relax which they refused. 🙁
