Worst customer service and communication if you have a disability or helath issues rather than physical internal and brain injuries you explain amd you have to go through the contact centre and non responsive even if u ask them ti assist with needs trying to get a appointment and car with these people is a stressful and non communication journey ajd when you do speak they just palm you off like a mug absolutely disgusting , should not be doing motability with the system they have personally as im affected by there actions
