Sadly I had a terrible experience with Sandra'a. I ordered 3 towelling dressing gowns. The lilac was in fact more cornflower blue (nothing purple about it at all) and I only opened one rose to find the material extremely poor quality ¬ very thin and full of snags.
I made a complaint which was handled incredibly badly. I simply requested that Sandra's paid for the return postage due to the faults and the product not being as described. They were rude, unhelpful and would not budge on paying the return costs. The also intimated that I had caused the faults and adamant that the item was lilac - neither of which are true.
Sadly they have now lost a customer and receive a bad review. I am sure companies do get customers 'trying it on' but unfortunately for the sake of the cost of the return postage they have lost out in this instance. Truly some of the worse customer service I have ever received, especially with the accusations made to me in the emails.
