I uninstalled the new app as it kept freezing on the initial page for minutes on end. Installed the app again. Now I need to reload my ID and face picture when it should be on record under my log in details when I first installed the app. Trying to take an acceptable picture of my ID seems impossible, as it's blurred or not in frame or not possible to read.
A waste of time and effort. I'll do online banking from now on, until they ruin that.
