Absolutely shocking, seem to have put a block on my account with all of my money in for some apparent reason that none of them can tell me! I have been calling them for the last 12 days trying to get it resolved, passed from pillar to post and no one has a clue what they are doing. I have been left for 12 days with no access to my money, and seems as if it going to be even longer as the team that can apparently take the block off are allowed as much time as possible even if the referral is marked as urgent. I haven't been offered any sort of financial support, i am absolutely appalled! Firstly I was told it was going to be sorted by 02/08, which is wasn't so i had to chase them again, to then be told it would be sorted by 07/08, which again it wasn't, they then said it would be resolved by today 09/08, but by the looks of things it isn't going to be and they clearly do not care or have any remorse.
