They seem to want to have less customers. Made an appt. Showed up on time. No one came out for 15-17 minutes. Then the woman never apologized for being late (she was in the back the whole time). They don’t do bills delivered to pay automatically. They just talk down to you the whole time. I’m guessing their plan is for everyone to leave the bank so they don’t have to work? I don’t get why or how you can be THIs bad about customer service and this entitled towards customers. Very snooty entitled people at this bank who really hate working there and really don’t seem to want customers at all.
