Simply the worst bank ever. They have locked my account because of a misunderstanding and I cant access my money at all. I am working professional trainer and I'm being treated like a criminal which is not on. They won't tell me why my account is locked or when it will be unfrozen. As a diabetic I can't buy food because my salary is in my account and so I'm living off 17p BAKED BEANS. If I die, IT WILL BE ON SANTANDER AND I WILL LEAVE A NOTE FOR THE PRESS. I hope my account opens up again soon because I won't ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. #WORSTBANKEVA
